Dr. Alison Dockery, LCSW

Dr. Alison Dockery is a Clinical Psychologist who believes therapy is a place where you learn more about yourself, develop the skills you need to work through your issues and create the life you want to live. Dr. Dockery has worked with adults in various settings.

Her belief that no single therapeutic technique is the right one for every individual has led her to incorporate an integrative approach to her therapeutic work that can be best described as interpersonally based with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Dr. Dockery believes in collaborating with each client to establish effective coping strategies that can be used to overcome their biggest challenges.
