Christine Frankovic is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor with over 15 years of experience helping others improve their quality of life and achieve their personal goals. Christine has worked in various mental health settings throughout her career working in a partial care setting, Outpatient setting and working with children and families within their homes providing In‐Home therapy services. Christine specializes in diverse issues, such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, communication issues, self‐esteem, job stress and life transitions.
Christine’s approach to therapy is one that is calm, non‐judgmental, but supportive and comfortable to allow others to be themselves and to share their story. She is compassionate and understanding with a focus on helping others learn how to cope with life stressors and symptoms that may be negatively impacting their well‐being. She specializes in various therapeutic approaches, such as mindfulness, relaxation skills, cognitive behavioral therapy, anger management and communication skills.
